OUR STORY

For more than 30 years, Michael, Guy and the Artek Signs team have remained committed to producing high-quality custom signs while pushing the boundaries in design, with a can-do and hands-on approach.

Guy, a qualified and experienced traditional hand sign writer had completed his apprenticeship at the Melbourne College of Decoration in 1981. He and Michael initially began working together for a Building Maintenance firm in 1988 and over the next five years developed an appreciation for quality workmanship and individual craftsmanship. They saw the potential to combine their skills, experience and expertise and in 1994 Guy and Michael started Artek Signs. What started as a home based business quickly grew and as their business grew so too did their reputation. Outgrowing their premises they moved to a larger warehouse and showroom in Osborne Park, where Artek Signs has been ever since and has continued to thrive.

Whether it is tackling a unique and challenging design or ensuring every sign we manufacture is built to last, our team is dedicated to finding innovative solutions for even the toughest signage requirements.

Our passion lies in crafting signage solutions, collaborating with and building lasting relationships with graphic designers, architects, specialist trades and Perth businesses, while always striving to do better. Since Artek Signs began, we have seen trends come and go, but what hasn’t changes is our ability in producing high quality, durable signs that leave a lasting impression.
